  • chili (5g)
  • breaded protein (chicken/tofu) (100g)

Broth Preparation

Start by preparing a flavorful broth using vegetable or light meat broth. Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili for seasoning. Simmer to combine flavors.

Noodle Preparation

Boil vermicelli noodles until they are soft, then drain and add them to the serving bowls.

Tofu Preparation

Slice tofu into desired thickness. Optionally, you can lightly fry the tofu slices for added texture. Place a slice on top of the noodles in each bowl.

Fried Item Preparation

Prepare a fried item, such as chicken or tofu cutlet. If using chicken, bread it with breadcrumbs and possibly egg before frying until golden. If using tofu, coat it similarly and fry. Serve this on the side of the bowl.

Serving
