  • boiled egg (100g)
  • rye bread (50g)

Prepare the eggs

Place eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 9 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cool, peel and slice.

Prepare the avocado spread

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth, season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

Toast the bread
