Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Gather 1 ripe avocado, 2 slices of whole grain bread, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice), salt, pepper, and a lemon. For the latte, you'll need 1 shot of espresso and 1 cup of steamed milk.
