  • breadcrumbs (50g)
  • rice (200g)
  • avocado (50g)
  • cucumber (50g)
  • seaweed (10g)
  • mayonnaise (20g)
  • soy sauce (15g)
  • salad greens (30g)
  • carrot (10g)
  • tomato (10g)

Breaded Shrimp

1. Clean and devein 12 large shrimp, leaving the tails on. 2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs. 4. Dip each shrimp into the eggs, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture. 5. Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 6. Place the fried shrimp on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Sushi Roll

1. Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions, then let it cool. 3. Mix 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt, and gently fold it into the cooled rice. 4. Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and place a sheet of nori (seaweed) on it. 5. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top. 6. Place strips of cucumber, avocado, and your choice of fresh fish (such as tuna or salmon) in a line along the bottom edge of the rice. 7. Use the mat to carefully roll the sushi, applying gentle pressure to form a tight roll. 8. Wet a sharp knife with water and slice the roll into 6-8 pieces.
