Making the Croissants

1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add yeast and warm water to activate. 2. Add butter and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise for an hour. 3. Roll the dough into a rectangle, layer with butter, fold, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat the rolling and folding process three times. 4. Shape the dough into crescent shapes, place on a baking tray, and let them rise for another 30 minutes. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the croissants for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Making the Latte

1. Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine. 2. Steam milk until it's hot and frothy. 3. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso shot, holding back the froth with a spoon. 4. Spoon the froth on top of the latte and serve immediately.
