- spinach leaves (30g)
- cherry tomatoes (40g)
- radishes (20g)

🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Preparation of Buckwheat
Rinse the buckwheat groats thoroughly under cold water. Then, bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the buckwheat for about 10 minutes or until it's tender but not mushy. Drain any excess water.
Cooking the Hard-boiled Eggs
Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water by an inch. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let it stand for 9 minutes. Drain, cool in ice water and peel.
Preparing the Vegetables
Wash all the vegetables (spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and broccoli). Slice the radishes and cherry tomatoes in halves, tear the spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary, and cut the broccoli into small florets. Blanch the broccoli for about 3 minutes in boiling water.
Assembling the Bowl
In a large bowl, combine the cooked buckwheat, halved hard-boiled eggs, torn spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and blanched broccoli. Add fresh mozzarella cheese on top. If using, drizzle with your preferred dressing or a bit of olive oil and gently toss everything together to mix.
