Grilled Meat

Begin by marinating your choice of meat (pork or beef) with your favorite herbs and spices. Let it marinate for at least an hour. Preheat your grill to a high heat and grill each side of the meat for about 3-5 minutes, or until the desired doneness. Let it rest before serving.

Hash Brown

Grate potatoes and squeeze out the excess moisture. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Form the grated potato into small patties and fry until golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

Mashed Potatoes
