  • tofu, firm (37.5g)
  • tamarind paste (20g)
  • fish sauce (7.5g)
  • sugar (7.5g)
  • lime juice (7.5g)
  • crushed peanuts (12.5g)
  • fresh cilantro (5g)
  • red chili flakes (0g)

🍳 How to cook (2 servings):

Prepare the Pad Thai noodles

Soak the flat rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes, until they are soft but not mushy. Drain and set aside.

Cook the shrimp
