🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Ingredients
2 cups of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar (or a low-sugar substitute), salt to taste, and oil for greasing the baking pan.
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, flour, low-sugar substitute, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a uniform batter. 3. Form small patties and place them on a greased baking pan. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown. 5. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy low-sugar syrniki!
