  • salt and spices (10g)

Preparation

Begin by washing and grating your choice of vegetables like carrots, zucchini, and onions. Finely chop herbs such as dill and parsley. In a large bowl, combine the grated vegetables, chopped herbs, and salt and spices to taste.

Mix

Add flour and beaten eggs to the vegetable mixture. Stir until the mixture is well combined and sticks together. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more flour; if too dry, a little water or another beaten egg.

Fry
