  • vegetable oil (10g)
  • salt (0g)

Preparing Ingredients

1. Cook 150-200 grams of rice according to package instructions and let it cool. 2. Beat an egg, then scramble in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Set aside once cooked. 3. Slice 30 grams of carrots and dice 30 grams of onion. Prepare 30 grams of green peas.

Cooking Fried Rice

1. Heat 10 grams of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the diced onions to the pan and fry until translucent. 3.
