  • egg (10g)
  • milk (20g)
  • butter (5g)
  • sugar (5g)
  • baking powder (2g)

Cooking Time: 15 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or butter.

Step 5

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.

Step 7
