Meatloaf
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 3. Mix the ingredients until well combined. 4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. 5. Spread an additional 1/4 cup of ketchup on top of the loaf. 6.
