- zucchini (150g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers (optional) and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add diced zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Step 3
