  • flour (30g)
  • egg (50g)
  • salt (2g)

Prepare Beetroot Salad

1. Wash and peel 2-3 medium-sized beetroots. 2. Grate the beetroots into a large mixing bowl. 3. Add 1 chopped red onion, 1 diced cucumber, and 1-2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped parsley. 4. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together and set aside.

Prepare Cottage Cheese Patties
