- chicken breast (200g)
- rice (150g)
- carrots (50g)
- teriyaki sauce (30g)
- onion (20g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all your ingredients: 1-pound chicken breast, 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 red bell pepper (sliced), 1 cup of snap peas, 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables
