- 4 croissants - 200g sliced turkey or ham - 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite choice) - 1 tomato, sliced - Lettuce leaves - Mayonnaise - Mustard - Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation - Croissant Sandwich
