🥗 Ingredients:
- buckwheat (50g)
- stir-fried meat (50g)
- tomatoes (20g)
- cucumbers (10g)
- mixed vegetables (20g)
🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Step 1: Prepare the Buckwheat
Measure out 50 grams of buckwheat. Rinse thoroughly under cold water. In a pot, add the buckwheat and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the water is absorbed and the buckwheat is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Meat
Measure out 50 grams of lean meat. Cut the meat into small pieces if necessary. In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop 20 grams of tomatoes and 10 grams of cucumbers. You can leave the cucumbers unpeeled if you prefer. Measure out 20 grams of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots).
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Mixed Vegetables
In the same skillet used for the meat, add a little more oil if needed. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are slightly tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Assemble the Platter
On a plate, arrange the cooked buckwheat, stir-fried meat, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and mixed vegetables. Optionally, you can add a boiled egg for additional protein. Serve immediately.
