Ingredients

- 100g Turkey - 50g Vegetables of choice (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) - 100g Macaroni - 1 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: garlic, ginger for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger if using, and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the turkey slices and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes. 4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. 5. Add the cooked macaroni to the pan, then add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. 6. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through. 7.
