Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and whisk to combine.

Incorporate Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, cream together the butter (or margarine) and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
