Prepare Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: 3 large eggs, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice), 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or dill), salt and pepper to taste, and 1 tablespoon of butter or oil.
