Cooking the Buckwheat

1. Rinse 150g of buckwheat under cold water. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed buckwheat. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside to cool.
