- rice (100g)
- spinach (50g)
- cucumber (30g)

🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Season 2 chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest, then slice.
