Chicken Fritters
1. In a large bowl, combine 500g of minced chicken, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 4. Form the chicken mixture into small patties and place them in the hot pan. 5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Mashed Potatoes

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly. 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
