Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of flour, 1 packet of instant yeast, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of warm milk, 1/3 cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Step 2: Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp of ground cinnamon, and 1/3 cup of melted butter. Mix well until it forms a paste.

Step 3: Assemble the Rolls

Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up the dough tightly from the longer side to form a log. Cut the log into 12 equal slices and place them in a greased baking dish.

Step 4: Bake the Rolls

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Cover the baking dish with a cloth and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Make the Glaze and Serve

While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tbsp of milk, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
