  • croissant (100g)
  • chicken (50g)
  • lettuce (15g)
  • tomato (20g)
  • red onion (10g)
  • cucumber (15g)
  • red bell pepper (15g)
  • mayonnaise (10g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Cooking Time: 15 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Prepare the Croissants

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally. 3. Optional: Warm the croissant halves in the oven for 5 minutes for a crispier texture.

Prepare the Filling

1. In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and let them drain on a paper towel. 2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich

1. Spread a layer of the mayo-mustard mixture on each croissant half. 2. Layer slices of ham and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. 3. Add crispy bacon strips, followed by slices of lettuce and tomato. 4. Close with the top half of the croissant.

Serve

1. Serve immediately while the croissant is still slightly warm. 2. Optionally, secure with a toothpick and serve with a side of pickles or a mixed green salad.
