Ingredients
1. 18-20 grams of finely ground coffee 2. Fresh, filtered water, heated to just below boiling point (around 200Β°F or 93Β°C)
Instructions
1. Preheat your espresso machine, portafilter, and cup. 2. Measure and grind 18-20 grams of coffee beans to a fine consistency. 3. Place the ground coffee into the portafilter and tamp it evenly with firm pressure. 4. Insert the portafilter into the espresso machineβs group head. 5. Start the machine to brew. Aim for a 25-30 second extraction time. 6. Serve the espresso immediately in a pre-warmed cup.
