- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced - 4 sausage links or 200 grams of sausage, sliced - 1 medium onion, chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to turn golden brown (about 10 minutes). 3.
