  • powdered sugar (100g)

Prepare the Dough

1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. 2. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture. Mix well. 3. Gradually add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Fry the Donuts

1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2-inch thickness. 2. Using a donut cutter, cut out donuts and donut holes. 3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). 4.
