  • tea (2g)

Boil Water

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.

Brew Tea

Add 2-3 black tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose black tea to the boiling water. Let it brew for 3-5 minutes.

Add Milk

Remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea leaves. Add 1 cup of milk (regular, almond, or soy) to the brewed tea and stir well.

Sweeten

Add sugar, honey, or any sweetener of your choice to taste. Stir until completely dissolved.

Serve

Pour the milk tea into cups and serve hot. For a cold version, chill in the refrigerator and serve over ice.
