🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until smooth and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat with butter or oil.
Step 3: Cook the Crêpes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 4: Add Fillings
Add desired fillings to each crêpe. Popular options include Nutella and banana, ham and cheese, or fresh berries and whipped cream. Fold or roll the crêpe to enclose the fillings and serve.
