Step 1: Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until smooth and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat with butter or oil.

Step 3: Cook the Crêpes

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 4: Add Fillings
