1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. 3. Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until they are tender. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. 5.
