  • spinach (30g)
  • ham (50g)
  • milk (100g)
  • rice flour (15g)

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until it’s wilted. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add the diced ham and cook until it's slightly browned. Remove and set alongside the spinach. 4. Use the remaining oil in the pan to cook the rice flour for a minute, then gradually whisk in the milk to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.
