🥗 Ingredients:
- pizza dough (100g)
- tomato sauce (50g)
- cheese (30g)
- ham (20g)
- pickles (10g)
🍳 How to cook (8 servings):
Prepare the Dough
1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 packet of yeast. Add 3/4 cup of warm water and 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let it rest for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Preheat Oven
2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Shape the Dough
3. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle.
Add Toppings
4. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a pizza stone. Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce over the base, leaving a small border. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, then add your favorite toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
Bake the Pizza
5. Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Slice and Serve
6. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into pieces and serve hot.
