  • dough (wheat flour, water, yeast, oil) (250g)
  • tomato sauce (100g)
  • mozzarella cheese (150g)
  • various meats (ham, chicken, sausage) (100g)
  • vegetables (onions, olives, bell peppers) (50g)
  • pineapple (50g)
  • drizzled sauce (mayonnaise, garlic sauce) (20g)
  • shredded cheddar cheese (20g)

Prepare Pizza Dough

Combine wheat flour, water, yeast, and oil in a bowl. Knead the mixture until smooth. Let it rise until doubled in size, about an hour. Once risen, divide the dough into two equal parts, one for each pizza. Roll out each part into a round pizza base approximately 250 grams in weight.

Assemble Meaty Pizza

Spread tomato sauce evenly over one of the pizza bases. Top with approximately 150 grams of mozzarella cheese, followed by 100 grams of various meats (ham, chicken, or sausage), 50 grams of mixed vegetables (onions, olives, bell peppers), and finally, 20 grams of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Optionally, drizzle mayonnaise or garlic sauce over it.

Assemble Hawaiian Pizza

For the other pizza base, spread a white sauce base if desired, then top with 150 grams of mozzarella cheese, 100 grams of ham, 50 grams of bell peppers, and 50 grams of pineapple slices. Optionally, drizzle a suitable sauce over it and sprinkle 20 grams of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
