  • shrimp (100g)
  • pasta (200g)
  • olive oil (10g)
  • garlic (5g)
  • parmesan cheese (20g)
  • tomato sauce (100g)
  • parsley (2g)

Cooking Time: 20 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

- 100 gr shrimp - 200 gr pasta (any type) - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. 5. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
