Cooking Time: 10 minutesPreperation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredient Preparation

Gather all ingredients: sesame seed buns, beef or chicken patties, cheese slices, your choice of condiments (ketchup, mustard, or special sauce), optional lettuce, and pickles. If you're making your patties from scratch, season your ground meat with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices before shaping them into small, flat rounds.

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill or skillet, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for beef, or until the chicken patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Add a slice of cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Assemble the Sliders

While the patties are cooking, toast the sesame seed buns lightly if desired. Once the patties are done, assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add your preferred condiments, then top with optional lettuce, pickles, and the top half of the bun.

⭐️ Nutrition facts:

Each slider packs a generous amount of protein (20-30 grams) essential for muscle repair and growth, along with a balanced mix of carbs (30-40 grams) for energy and fats (20-30 grams) for satiety. This makes them a sufficient mini-meal or a substantial snack, depending on the size and the specific ingredients used.
