  • rice (150g)
  • mixed vegetables (100g)
  • boiled eggs (100g)
  • tomatoes (50g)
  • cucumbers (50g)
  • pork (100g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Prepare the Ingredients

1. Cook the Pork

Add Rice and Cook Pilaf

1. Add the rinsed basmati rice into the pot and stir well to coat the rice with the spices. 2. Pour in 2 cups of water, season with salt, and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is fully absorbed. 4. Gently stir in the cooked pork, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber. Let it heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve

1. Transfer the pilaf to serving plates. 2. Top with sliced boiled eggs and chopped cilantro. 3. Serve warm and enjoy!
