Cooking Time: 20 minutesPreperation Time: 15 minutes

Preparing the Ingredients

1. Measure approximately 100 grams of oatmeal, 50 grams each for the fried egg and sausage patty, and 10 grams of mushrooms. Have 10 grams of olive oil or butter ready for frying. 2. If desired, slice the mushrooms thinly. Set all the ingredients aside.

Cooking the Meal

1. Cook the oatmeal according to the package instructions or until it's soft and creamy. Feel free to add a pinch of salt or a sweetener like honey or maple syrup to enhance its flavor. 2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the egg to your preferred doneness, and set it aside. 3. In the same pan, add the sausage patty and cook until well-done, about 4-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 4. Using the remaining oil or butter in the pan, sauté the mushrooms until they're tender and have taken on a slight golden color, about 3-5 minutes. 5.
