Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed: 2 slices of bread, 1 ripe avocado, 100g halloumi cheese, 2 eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional toppings like cherry tomatoes or parsley.
Step 2: Prepare Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Cook Halloumi
