Boil the Eggs

1. Place eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. 2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. 3. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. 4. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes. 5. Remove the eggs from the water and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool. 6. Once cool, peel the eggs and set them aside.

Cook the Green Beans
