Ingredients

4 large eggs, 50g of your favorite cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or cheese of your choice), a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, fresh herbs (optional).

Step 1: Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle boil and cook for 9-12 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs (9 minutes for a slightly softer yolk, 12 minutes for a fully hard yolk).

Step 2: Prepare the Cheese

While the eggs are boiling, grate or thinly slice the cheese and set it aside.

Step 3: Peel the Eggs

Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, drain the hot water and run cold water over the eggs. Let them sit in the cold water for a few minutes to cool down. Peel the eggs once they are cool enough to handle.

Step 4: Serve with Cheese
