Boiled Fish

1. Select a white fish fillet (such as cod or haddock). 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, adding a pinch of salt. 3. Place the fish fillet into the boiling water. 4. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 5. Remove from water and let it rest for a minute before serving.

Buckwheat

1. Rinse 1 cup of buckwheat under cold water. 2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. 3. Add the buckwheat to the boiling water. 4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the buckwheat is tender. 5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
