Step 1: Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter until smooth. The batter should be thin and pourable. Let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 2: Cook the Crepes

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.

Step 3: Serve the Crepes

Serve hot with your favorite fillings such as Nutella, fresh berries, sugar, lemon juice, ham, cheese, or mushrooms. Roll or fold crepes over fillings and enjoy.
