Prepare Ingredients
1. Gather all ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup buckwheat, 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen), 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cups chicken broth, salt, pepper, olive oil.
Cook Buckwheat
