Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine 1 and 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Make Cheesecake Filling
