Prepare the Pizza Dough
If you're using store-bought pizza dough, skip this step. Otherwise, in a large bowl, mix 2 1/4 tsp of active dry yeast, 1 1/2 cups of warm water, 1 tsp of sugar, and 3 1/2 to 4 cups of all-purpose flour. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth, then allow it to rise for 1-2 hours.
Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper.
