- chicken (100g)
- cabbage (50g)
- carrot (50g)
- soy sauce (10g)
- olive oil (5g)
- garlic (5g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut 300g of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Slice 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, and 100g of broccoli into thin strips. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and grate 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger.
Step 2: Make the Stir-Fry Sauce
In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Then, add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes or until they are tender-crisp.
Step 5: Combine Chicken and Vegetables
Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the stir-fry sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Continue to stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and covers the chicken and vegetables evenly.
Step 6: Serve
Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot, either on its own or over steamed rice or noodles.
