- chicken breast (100g)
- rice (150g)
- carrot (30g)
- cucumber (50g)
- tomato (50g)
- lettuce (30g)
- oil (10g)
- salt (5g)
- pepper (3g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare Ingredients
Gather all ingredients including 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of cooked and diced chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, peas, bell peppers), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 2 eggs (beaten), 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook Eggs
In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables and Garlic
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and stir-fry briefly for about 30 seconds. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until they are tender and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir-Fry Chicken and Rice
Add the cooked chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. Then, add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and the cooked eggs back into the pan. Stir well to combine everything evenly and heat through.
Season and Serve
