Cooking Time: 30 minutesPreperation Time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Dough Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk (110°F/45°C), sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. 2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well. 3. Gradually add flour while mixing until a soft dough forms. 4. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-1.5 hours.

Filling Preparation

1. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon. 2. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle. 3. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

Forming Rolls

1. Tightly roll up the dough starting from the long edge, creating a log shape. 2. Cut the log into even slices about 1 inch thick. 3. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise again for about 30 minutes.

Baking

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Glazing

1. While the rolls are baking, mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. 2. Once the rolls are done, allow them to cool slightly before drizzling the glaze over the top.
